Jesus said this, "Do not tell lies and that which you, yourselves, hate . . . Don't do it"

The disciples asked Jesus "Do you want us to fast? What is the way that we shall pray? Shall we give alms? And should we abstain from what foods?" Jesus said this "Do not tell lies and that which you, yourselves, hate . . don't do it."
